In the realm of [healthcare user experience](/content/industries/life-sciences-and-healthcare/index.html), the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), a non-profit organization, faced significant challenges while developing a new online education portal. ​

Idea Theorem™ was approached to address these hurdles. The primary challenge CNO encountered was the development of a new product—an online education portal—that required expertise in healthcare user experience design and functionality.

To ensure the portal’s success, we conducted thorough usability testing, fine-tuning every aspect to deliver a seamless user experience tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
